Yes — and nothing on your statement says what you bought.

What appears on your statement

Card and bank statements show CHAMPS. Nothing else.

The words Frisky Business do not appear, and neither does any product wording — no category names, no product names, nothing that indicates what was ordered or from what sort of shop.

How your card details are handled

Checkout runs on Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level in the card industry. Card numbers are encrypted in transit and go straight to the payment processor.

We never see your full card number, and we never store it. There is no card data on our side to lose.

What we do hold

Your name, delivery address, email, phone number and order history — the minimum needed to send you an order and support it afterwards.

• We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone but the courier who has to deliver to you.
• Marketing email is opt-in, and you can unsubscribe from any message we send.
• You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
