Same-day delivery

Order before 2:00 pm Monday to Friday, or 1:00 pm on Saturday, and it goes out the same day. Anything after the cut-off moves to the next working day.

Sex dolls are weekdays only. A doll is a two-person lift and we run a smaller team on Saturdays, so same-day doll delivery is Monday to Friday.

No same-day delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

VIP delivery — northern Singapore

A flat S$30 for a scheduled, fast drop in the north.

• About 60 minutes — Yishun, Ang Mo Kio, Canberra, Woodlands
• About 90 minutes — other northern districts

VIP runs to a later cut-off than standard same-day: order before 3:00 pm on weekdays, or 1:00 pm on Saturday.

Collecting after hours

If none of those hours work, let us know in advance and we will leave your parcel outside the unit before we close. Collect it whenever suits you — evening, Sunday, public holiday. It travels in the same plain, unbranded packaging as everything else.

Parcel locker

If you would rather collect from a locker than have a parcel come to your door, tell us your preferred locker in the order notes at checkout and we will confirm whether we can route it there.

Shipping outside Singapore

We ship internationally by air, priced by destination rather than folded into the product price. Import duties and local taxes are not included — see Taxes, duties and additional fees. We cannot ship to countries with restrictive laws on adult products.
