Delivery options, charges and timings

Standard delivery is free on orders of S$50 and above. Below that it is S$5. Everything else is on this page.

Same-day delivery

Order before 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, or 1:00 pm on Saturday, and it goes out the same day. Anything after the cut-off moves to the next working day.

No same-day delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

VIP delivery — northern Singapore

A flat S$30 for a scheduled, fast drop in the north.

• About 60 minutes — Yishun, Ang Mo Kio, Canberra, Woodlands
• About 90 minutes — other northern districts

Available weekdays 8:00 am–3:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am–1:00 pm.

Message us on WhatsApp before you come. We see one customer at a time, so an unannounced visit may mean waiting. Bring your order number.

Parcel locker

If you would rather collect from a locker than have a parcel come to your door, tell us your preferred locker in the order notes at checkout and we will confirm whether we can route it there.

Shipping outside Singapore

We ship internationally by air, priced by destination rather than folded into the product price. Import duties and local taxes are not included — see Taxes, duties and additional fees. We cannot ship to countries with restrictive laws on adult products.
