Warranty: what is covered and for how long

Non-motorised items — dildos, plugs, sleeves, cock rings, onaholes, masturbators	No warranty period. Faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Lubricants, wipes, care products	Not covered

“Motorised” means anything with a motor, battery or charging port — vibrators, suction toys, app-controlled wearables, thrusting toys, wands.

What warranty covers

Mechanical or electronic failure in normal use: a motor that stops, a toy that will not charge or will not hold charge, controls that stop responding, a failed seal on a product sold as waterproof.

What warranty does not cover

• Accidental damage, drops, crushing
• Misuse, or use outside the instructions
• Normal wear: scuffs, colour transfer, surface marks
• Damage from incompatible lubricant. Silicone lubricant degrades silicone toys, and that is not a manufacturing fault
• Anything bought from a seller other than Frisky Business

How to claim

Send us your order number, a photo of the item, and a short video showing the fault. Video matters more than you would expect: a motor that cuts out or sounds wrong is almost impossible to show in a still image.
