Fast, discreet delivery across Singapore

At Frisky Business, we keep delivery simple, private, and reliable. Every order is packed discreetly, processed quickly, and shipped using the delivery option best suited to your location and timing.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. All Frisky Business orders are packed in plain, non-descript envelopes or boxes with no product names and no mention of “Frisky Business” on the outside.

Only the necessary delivery details will appear on the shipping label so your parcel looks just like an ordinary everyday package. Where required by the courier, a contact number may be included to help ensure smooth delivery. Otherwise, we keep the label as minimal as possible.

We also take extra care with packaging so your order arrives securely and discreetly from dispatch to doorstep.

Delivery Options in Singapore

Standard Doorstep Delivery

Free standard delivery is available for eligible orders above $50.

Standard delivery usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days, and all orders are processed within 1 working day. Tracking details are typically sent by SMS or email once your parcel has been prepared for dispatch.

This is the best option if you want a dependable, lower-cost delivery method and do not need your order urgently.

Same-Day Delivery

Need it sooner? We offer same-day delivery within Singapore for selected orders during operating hours.

Same-day delivery is typically $12 for sex toys and $50 for sex dolls. Orders above $100 for sex toys may qualify for complimentary same-day delivery.

Same-day delivery is available from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays.
This service is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Orders placed by the published cut-off time on working days are dispatched on the same day. Same-day service is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.

 If your order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Depending on the courier assigned, tracking may be limited or unavailable. If live tracking is not available, our customer service team can still provide an estimated delivery window.

 

VIP 60–90 Minute Delivery

For customers who want the fastest possible option, we also offer VIP delivery in selected parts of Singapore.

VIP delivery is available at a flat rate and is designed for urgent orders placed during operational hours. Delivery is typically within 60 minutes for selected Northern Singapore areas, and around 90 minutes for other eligible locations.

VIP delivery is available from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays.
This service is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.

 If your order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as timing, weather, traffic conditions, and courier availability.
Delays may also occur during peak festive periods, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, Ramadan, Hari Raya and Christmas.

Preorder Items

If your order includes a preorder item, that item may be shipped separately once it becomes available. There will be no additional standard shipping charge for the later shipment.

Preorder items are not eligible for same-day or VIP delivery until they are in stock and ready to dispatch.

If a faster delivery service was selected for an order but none of the items could be shipped using that method, we will review the shipment and refund the applicable delivery difference where appropriate.

Order Tracking

For standard delivery orders, tracking details are usually sent in your shipping confirmation by SMS or email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Some same-day courier services may not provide live tracking. If tracking is unavailable, our support team can still assist with an estimated delivery timing.

Same-day delivery is only available within Singapore, during operational hours, and for eligible in-stock items. If your postcode, order contents, or timing fall outside the service conditions, the option may not appear at checkout.

When will my same-day order be dispatched?

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are shipped out on the same day, subject to stock availability, courier capacity, and operational conditions. Same-day delivery is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.
