Nothing on the outside of your parcel says what is inside, or where it came from.

How your order is packed

• A plain, unmarked outer box or mailer — no logos, no branding, no imagery
• No product names anywhere on the label or the customs description
• Triple-wrapped, so the product packaging itself is not visible or identifiable through the outer layer
• No invoice or price list visible from outside the parcel

The sender name

The label carries a neutral sender name. It does not read Frisky Business, and it carries no wording connected to adult products.

Your bank statement

The same applies to the charge. No product wording appears on your statement — see Is my payment private and secure?

Deliveries to an office or shared building

Because the parcel is unmarked, it can be received by a colleague, a concierge or a mailroom without anything being given away. If you would rather it did not go to your home at all, self collection is free and by appointment.
