Cards and wallets

Again — order number as the reference, and a screenshot to us. Bank transfers are matched manually, so they are the slowest way to get an order moving.

Paying from outside Singapore

International orders can pay by card, Shop Pay or PayPal. Import duties and local taxes are separate — see Taxes, duties and additional fees.

If a payment fails

Cards are sometimes declined on adult-category merchants even when there is nothing wrong with the account. If that happens, PayNow or PayPal will almost always go through. Message us and we will help you complete the order.
