Using a promo code

Enter your code in the Discount code field at checkout and press Apply. The total updates before you pay.

If the code will not apply

• Check it has not expired. Most codes run to a stated date.
• Check the minimum spend. Some codes need an order value before they release.
• Check what it covers. A code for a specific brand or collection will not apply to an order that does not contain anything from it.
• One code per order. Codes do not stack, and a code will not apply on top of an item that is already discounted unless we say so.
• Watch for a trailing space if you pasted it in.

If you forgot to use it

Message us with your order number before the order ships and we will apply the value for you. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot retrospectively discount it.

Where codes come from

Our email list gets them first, and members get codes that are not published anywhere. Sale prices shown on the site are already reduced and generally do not take a further code.
