Gift cards

A gift card is the discreet option: it arrives by email as a code, and it carries no product information whatsoever.

Buying one

Choose the value, add it to your cart and check out as normal. The code is emailed after payment — to you, or to the recipient's address if you enter theirs.

Nothing is posted, so there is no parcel to explain and nothing to intercept.

Redeeming one

1. Add what you want to the cart and go to checkout.
2. Enter the gift card code in the Gift card or discount code field.
3. The balance comes off the total.

Things worth knowing

• The balance stays on the card. Spend part of it and the rest is still there for next time.
• If the order costs more than the card, pay the difference by any normal method.
• A gift card can be combined with a promo code — it is a payment method, not a discount.
• Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost the code?

Search your email for the original message first. If it is gone, contact us with the purchase details — we can look up the card and reissue the code, and we can tell you the remaining balance.
