Price match and beat

Found it cheaper somewhere else? We will match it — and beat it. Every request is reviewed individually, so it is always worth asking.

What we need

• A link and a screenshot of the competitor's listing showing the price
• Your name and the product you want

What qualifies

• The price must be published on the competitor's website and available to any customer — not a member rate, a one-off quote or a code sent to you privately.
• It must be the identical product, including any upgrades, customisations or extras.
• It must come with comparable conditions of sale, delivery and service — a lower price with a six-week wait from overseas is not the same offer.
• The item must be in stock at the competitor.

What does not qualify

• Orders you have already placed. Ask before you buy, not after.
• Counterfeit or replica products. We will not match a price on a fake, and for dolls and branded toys the difference is often exactly that.
• Marketplace and auction listings, clearance, liquidation and grey imports.
• Prices that are below our own cost — occasionally the honest answer is that we cannot.

How long it takes

We reply within our normal support hours. If it is approved, we send you a code or an invoice at the agreed price.

Why we bother

A doll or a branded toy bought from a grey seller has no local warranty and no one to call. Matching the price means you do not have to choose between the better price and the support.
