All items sold are non-refundable once purchased. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction.

If the item(s) you received fail to function as intended, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Our team will provide instructions for a one-to-one replacement.

Each identified defective item is entitled to one exchange. Please note that Frisky Business reserves the right to reject faulty items that are deemed to be damaged by misuse or incidental damages at our discretion.

If a wrong item was delivered, we will promptly replace it with the correct one. The returned item(s) must not be used and should be returned with the original packaging.

Certain brands are entitled to 1-year local (Singapore) warranty coverage. This means that if you experience any issues within 1 year of purchase, Frisky Business will provide a direct replacement free of charge.

For items with 1-year warranty coverage, Frisky Business covers exterior issues such as scratches, dents, and stains, as well as manufacturing defects within the first 7 days of purchase. Mechanical or electronic malfunctions are covered within 1 year of purchase.

Defects on non-mechanical products, including but not limited to male masturbators, onaholes, dongs and dildos, penile rings, and sleeves, must be reported to info@friskybusiness.sg via email with accompanying images within 48 hours of purchase. Our team will review the eligibility for a replacement. Please note that defects should be reported before any use, as wear and tear will not qualify as proof of initial defects.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item or can opt for self-collection at our Yishun warehouse.

We constantly review and remove products with low quality and high defective rates. For products purchased with a warranty that are unavailable or discontinued, please contact info@friskybusiness.sg for further instructions on replacement.

Please note that products that are not sealed will be tested before being sent out to our customers. Sealed products will only be tested upon request.
