WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

Frisky Business Singapore products are warranted against defects in materials and faulty workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of original purchase when used following the respective products' user manuals. This excludes products such as TPE sleeves and charging cables, which are warranted under the same terms for a period of 7 days. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

PRODUCTS COVERED UNDER 180-DAY WARRANTY

All electronic devices that are sold under the FRISKY BUSINESS SG brand. This excludes non-electronic products such as Male masturbators’ sleeves, Manual masturbators, and Non-vibrating cock rings and similar products.

PRODUCTS NOT UNDER WARRANTY

Where items are damaged due to misuse, general wear and tear, or operating error, they will not be deemed defective.

10-YEAR QUALITY GUARANTEE

Available for customers who purchased products on www.friskbusiness.sg, and products are faulty outside the 180-day warranty period. They will be eligible for a 30% discount on www.friskbusiness.sg for purchasing a new Frisky Business Singapore device. This offer can only be used once and applies to up to 3 items in a single order. This offer is not valid with any sale items and cannot be combined with other promotions.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

This warranty excludes any defects or damage arising from the product being used other than in the manner it was intended (as indicated in the product user manual), normal wear and tear, commercial use, lack of appropriate maintenance, inadequate installation, negligence, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damages caused by abusive use, accident, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. Returns & Warranties are only applicable for orders sold in Singapore. There will be strictly no refunds or warranties for orders shipped outside of Singapore. The warranty does not cover products such as Sex Dolls, Torsos, Male masturbators’ sleeves, Manual masturbators, etc. All products that are non-vibrating such cock rings and anal plugs are also not covered under the warranty.
