First, you’ll need the cotton gloves that came with your doll and a thin craft stick or ear cleaning tool.
  • Remove your doll’s head and wig and place the head on a sturdy surface.
  • Carefully use your thumb and forefinger to open the doll’s eye socket.
  • Slide your forefinger from your other hand between the eye and eyelid.
  • Gently pull the eye out.
  • Push back any foam or cotton that may be protruding from the socket.
  • Take the new eye and place it into the eye socket at an angle; top or bottom first.
  • Allow the eyelids to close around the eye.
  • With the wooden stick or ear tool, go around the eyes to pull the skin into place.
  • If the eye isn’t straight, slide your finger behind the eye and adjust it.
  • Repeat these steps with the other eye.
