Silicone material is widely used because of its durability and lifelike texture. However, compared to other materials, silicone has a relatively high density, which naturally increases the overall weight of a full-size doll.

For many users, this creates several difficulties:

This upgraded technology focuses on improving both the internal structure and the manufacturing process. Instead of simply removing material, the new system carefully redesigns the internal foam core and silicone layering to achieve better balance.

Key improvements include:

  • More accurate control of internal foam core shape
