This excludes products such as TPE sleeves and charging cables, which are warranted under the same terms for a period of 7 days. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

All electronic devices that are sold under the FRISKY BUSINESS SG brand. This excludes non-electronic products such as Male masturbators’ sleeves, Manual masturbators, and Non-vibrating cock rings and similar products.

Where items are damaged due to misuse, general wear and tear, or operating error, they will not be deemed defective.

Returns & Warranties are only applicable for orders sold in Singapore. There will be strictly no refunds or warranties for orders shipped outside of Singapore.
