• We ship by AIR.
• Why we do not provide Free Shipping? We want our prices to be transparent because free shipping is a myth and it is not free.
• People like free shipping because the word FREE is very powerful, even if people know that it’s not really free. You may end up paying much more than it actually cost depending on your location. Hence, we offer a better and more transparent option that is fairly calculated by DHL etc. That way you pay for only what "you use" instead of paying more to cover other buyers' shipping cost. The total price may surprise you!
• The prices on display are before shipping and taxes of the intended destinations.
• We can't ship to countries that have strict laws regarding sex toys.
• You will receive your doll in discrete packaging (plain brown box with no content descriptions).
• You can arrange a suitable day for delivery.
• You will be issued a tracking number approx. 2 days after dispatch.
• You can follow your doll's journey in your registered account with us.
• Ready stock dolls will be dispatched within 24 hours, average delivery time for "Ready stock dolls" is about 2-5 business days after payment is completed for destinations in Europe and USA, and 1 working day for Singapore.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location, please contact our friendly team for an estimate.

*For customers in Australia, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, South Africa and now the UK (Post Brexit): Import duties are calculated as your doll passes through customs. Unfortunately, this means we cannot pay import fees in advance. This can sometimes cause minor delays to our expected delivery times, we still provide a full customs clearance service.
