• The prices on display are inclusive of air shipping. Import Taxes and Duties are taken care of by us. Import Duties and VAT are levied by your local authority, and we would recommend you check your government’s website prior to ordering.
• You will receive your doll in discrete packaging (plain brown box with no content descriptions).
• You can arrange a suitable day for delivery.
• You will be issued a tracking number approx. 2 days after dispatch.
• You can follow your doll's journey in your registered account with us.
• Dolls in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours, average delivery time for "Ready stock dolls" is about 3 - 7 business days after payment is completed for destinations in Europe and USA, and 1 working day for Singapore.
