• Applicable for any purchase of Womanizer Premium 2 and/or Duo 2 strictly from 1-30 Sept 2023  
• Customers have 30 days from their purchase date to try Womanizer without any obligation. If you are dissatisfied with the item within 30 days, you can request for a refund by filling in the request form here and returning the item to our warehouse. 
• Your purchase will be refunded in through your original payment method. Shipping fees are excluded from the refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse the refund if: there is no proof of purchase; the request form was not filled properly;  the item is deliberately/severely damaged; the item has not been cleaned prior to return; misuse/abuse of the refund policy.
